- Travel south on the N5
- After entering Sligo town, take a left onto the N16 (signposted Enniskillen)
- Sligo Institute of Technology is on the left hand side
- On entering the campus, take the first left for Knocknarea Arena
From Manorhamilton
- Travel west on the N16
- After entering Sligo town, at a roundabout take the first exit onto Barroe Road
- At traffic signals turn right
- Sligo Institute of Technology is on the right hand side
- On entering the campus, take the first left for Knocknarea Arena
From Ballina
- Travel east on the N59 to Sligo
- Merge onto the N4 at Ballysadare
- Enter Sligo, continue forward on Sligo inner relief road
- Take a right onto the N16 (signposted Enniskillen)
- Sligo Institute of Technology is on the left hand side
- On entering the campus, take the first left for Knocknarea Arena
From Tubbercurry
- Travel north on the N17 to Sligo
- Merge onto the N4 (signposted Sligo)
- Enter Sligo, continue forward on Sligo inner relief road.
- Take a right onto the N16 (signposted Enniskillen).

- Travel north west on the N4 to Sligo
